BrightMinds was founded by Aire Oseremen Eustace, a dedicated educator whose career reflects both academic excellence and a deep passion for teaching. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Physics from the University of Benin and later completed a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, equipping him with a unique blend of scientific rigor and child‑centered pedagogy.

With nearly 15 years of teaching experience across multiple educational levels, Aire began his journey with Grade 7 to Grade 12 students, successfully preparing learners for major examinations including WAEC, JAMB, SAT, and other competitive assessments. He later transitioned to the elementary stage, teaching from Nursery through Grade 6, where he nurtured foundational skills and inspired curiosity in young minds.

It was this passion that gave birth to BrightMinds Education — an online tutoring platform designed to break barriers and bring quality education to learners everywhere. For Aire, BrightMinds is more than a business; it is a vision, a promise, and a movement.
