Online Safety
- Secure platforms — We use only approved, secure online learning platforms with robust safety features.
- Tutors monitor participation — All online sessions are actively monitored by qualified tutors.
- Sessions may be recorded — Online sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and safeguarding purposes.
Suspected abuse or unsafe practices must be reported immediately. All reports are taken seriously and handled through confidential investigations. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse or neglect.
Staff Training
